Welcome to Benefis Health System's patient email service. This is a new way to send your thoughts to family and friends during their stay with us. Simply complete the form below, including the patient's first and last name and your personal message. Submit the form and we will print and deliver your best wishes to the patient within 24 hours on weekdays.

Emails are delivered by Benefis Volunteers Monday through Friday starting at 10 a.m. Please note that email that comes in after 10 a.m. will be delivered the next morning. Email that comes in during the weekend will be delivered the following Monday morning. At Benefis Health System, we’re making a difference with patient-focused care!

Please Note: We cannot deliver patient email to patients in our Emergency Room, patients who are receiving outpatient surgery or diagnostic testing. The content of your patient email is not confidential and will be seen by members of the Benefis Volunteers.

Messages received after a patient is discharged will be mailed to the patient's home.
